  • Send at least one email newsletter update every month to members, volunteers, and supporters
  • Use the broadcast feature for to efficiently keep all members of the chapter in the loop
  • Encourage your members to download your MP Mobile App
  • Update your event calendar with all upcoming chapter events & activities
  • Encourage event attendees to upload photos through the mobile app or create a photo album
  • Send a member profile update reminder each semester or year to make sure you have the most up to date contact information
  • Add multiple group leaders to share tasks such as new event creation, monthly newsletter communication, or any fundraising initiatives
  • Create a donation page for Foundation fundraising for your upcoming philanthropic endeavors
